This includes wearing masks/face coverings inside the gym at all times, taking temperature checks upon entry, proper sanitation of all equipment after each use, providing hand sanitizer, and limiting gym occupancy for purposes of social distancing.

Communal Classes

Our affordable communal classes consist of varied, challenging workouts led by our motivating coaching staff. The workouts are structured to include movement instruction, strength, conditioning, and core. We limit class attendance to offer you more personalized attention from your instructor in a safe workout environment. Exercising in a group setting with other motivated people will help you push further, work harder, and have fun while doing it. Private Small Group Training

If you seek additional motivation or don’t like training solo, share your workout with a friend! A private small group (2-3 people) is a cost-effective alternative to personal training. You and your workout partners will receive individualized attention from our engaging coaching staff while enjoying a vigorous workout.
